The Happy Orca website takes payment through PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the option of paying by credit or debit card. We do accept payments over the phone as well.
Delivery & Postage
The Happy Orca has a fixed postage and packaging fee of £3.95 to all UK destinations. We use Royal Mail and ship items first class. It can take up to 4 working days to be delivered from the date of purchase. This can sometimes vary, depending on issues such as adverse weather conditions in which case items may take longer to arrive. However, on a good day items may get to you quicker as we dispatch all items pretty speedily.

The Happy Orca wants happy customers. If we have unhappy customers, we strive to remedy this quickly. Please refer to the homepage for our contact details.
If you want a refund or exchange for your product, please contact us for a postal address and send the item back within 7 days of receipt, at your own cost. All items must be in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
We strive to give our items a happy travel bed, but in the event of receiving a faulty item, please return the item back to us within 7 days and we will issue you with a full refund or exchange including postage costs. Please also include a copy of your original order or supply your name, postal address, phone number and reason for return.
The Happy Orca is only interested in your personal information for one reason – we need to send you your items and therefore only require your basic contact details. We do not keep payment details. Our secure site ensures that your details are protected. We also never supply personal information to third parties and we comply with the terms as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
